What we process

To find a video, the post link you submit is sent to our server, which asks X for the public video information. We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name or email.

Our server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as the post ID, an error code and the time) to keep the service running and to prevent abuse. Full links and personal data are not stored in these logs.

Our web server also keeps access logs to protect the service and to produce simple visit statistics. They contain a shortened IP address (its last part is removed), the page requested without any query string, the time, the response status, your browser’s user-agent and the country reported by Cloudflare. They are deleted automatically after about 30 days. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics for this.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) and whether you closed the language suggestion are saved in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device. If you install the site as an app, its service worker stores only a small offline page.

Third parties

Video thumbnails are loaded from X’s media servers and video files are delivered from X’s servers through our backend. X’s own privacy policy applies to those requests.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests (including your IP address) to deliver and protect it under its own privacy policy. When bot protection is turned on, Cloudflare Turnstile may run a short check in your browser when you search.
